We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (such as court orders, subpoenas, or government requests).

If you join our affiliate program, we share your referral performance data and commission earnings with you through your affiliate dashboard. We may disclose your affiliate relationship to customers you refer as required by FTC regulations and to ensure transparency in our marketing practices.

We may share your information for any other purpose with your consent.

We do not sell your personal information for monetary consideration. However, we may share information with analytics and advertising partners (such as Google Analytics and advertising networks) in ways that could be considered a "share" or "sale" under certain state privacy laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act.
